Once you are signed in you will be directed to your Home Page. Using the buttons provided you can view your statement, make a payment, enroll in auto-pay, manage your child's classes, get notes from the studio and teachers, and check the studio calendar.
This is where you will see all the details for your child. Be sure to check that their age is correct because Dance Studio-Pro will only show the appropriate classes for your child based on age. This is also where you can add a sibling. If you click on 'Register for Classes' you will be taken back to the Register for Classes button (see above). |
On this page, notice you can click 'View' to see statements for each child.
Here is an example of what you will see when you click on "View Statement" for your child. All charges are broken down and listed. For example, you will see if you have a balance for tuition or merchandise or costume fees, etc. This will help with any confusion on “what is this charge for?”
Also on this page, you can select different payment options. For example, you can select 'Pay Balance for all students' if you want to pay the full amount due and click "Next".
Click "Next" again.
Click on the green 'Make Payment' button to go to the next screen.
Now you can enter your credit or debit card information. This is not where Dance Studio-Pro saves your card information for Auto-Pay. You will have to re-enter your card information each time you make a payment this way. You will receive an email with your online payment confirmation including the date and transaction summary.
You can also choose "Other" which will allow you to make a partial payment. You can choose how much you want to pay, but remember that your full tuition is due by the 25th of the month for the following month.
Do you forget to sign in each month and make a payment? Then the 'Enroll in Auto-Pay' button is for you! You are not required to be on auto-pay, but if you are not, you must log on yourself, click "Make Online Payment" and pay with credit/debit card by the 25th of each month. Your payment is late after the 1st.
Important notes to remember:
|
When you select "Enroll in Auto-Pay" you will be taken to this screen. Click on the blue button 'Enroll in Auto-Pay' button.
Now select the blue 'Add a Payment Method' button.

Now you are routed to Authorize.net. Be sure to select 'Add a New Payment Method' in the top right corner.
Enter your credit card information
Once you are finished, be sure to click SAVE.
Once you are finished, be sure to click SAVE.
This last step is VERY important.
You will be taken back to the Authorize.net screen, but this time, there is a button at the bottom of the screen asking you to 'SAVE AUTO-PAY SETTINGS'. You must click this or your credit card information will not be saved.
Here you can update your contact information. This is very important because in case of an emergency, this is where we go to find the emergency contact. This is also where you can: Change Password, Pay Online, make Automatic Payments, check Payment History from the Account Settings button. These are the same as the buttons already described, just a different way of getting there. |
